Fiona Shiner’s family-owned vineyard, winery and B&B are surrounded by the green fields of the Stroud valleys. Light-filled, spacious duplex suites in a sympathetically restored barn each have a mini-kitchenette and a sitting area warmed by a log burner and underfloor heating; a trio of private terraces takes in far-reaching views across the valley and vine-covered hills. Set off on the walking or cycling routes that wind through this part of the south Cotswolds; return for a pre-booked vineyard tour and a tasting of the award-winning wines. Breakfast hampers (for an extra charge) include freshly baked bread, croissants, preserves, yogurt, fruit and juice. A local caterer can provide dinner.
