Good Hotel Guide Review
Occupying adjacent terrace townhouses on a residential Belgravia street, this hotel is very affordable despite its highly desirable central location. In the nature of a Grade II listed building, bedrooms vary in size and style, with some a few flights up (no lift), but all are 'boutique chic, neatly and tastefully furnished', says our inspector, with the same facilities, including a walk-in shower. The best doubles have high ceilings, tall Georgian windows. Reception is staffed around the clock, but there is no guest lounge. Breakfast and lunch are served in the café-restaurant, which has a 'buzzy atmosphere'; there are tables in the walled garden. Ken Lo’s Memories of China and the venerable Poule au Pot are just steps away.
