Good Hotel Guide Review

Wild swimming, wildlife watching and a rejuvenating spa are among the attractions at this immaculately refurbished hotel with glorious views across Craignure Bay. Contemporary bedrooms and suites have a natural palette of earth and moss, sea and sky, inspired by the surrounding landscape. Classic rooms are fairly snug, with access to the spa pool. All other grades have complimentary spa access. Sea-view suites have decking or a Juliet balcony. Retreat suites have an outdoor hot tub from which to watch the ferries come and go. In Òran na Mara Bistro (it means ‘song of the sea’), menus offer a good choice for all, with plant-based dishes alongside steaks, bouillabaisse, the catch of the day.
