Good Hotel Guide Review
‘Full of character, delightfully decorated and a haven of peace’: this 18th-century mansion is in a side street off Boulevard St-Germain. It has old beams, rough stone walls, tiles, antique furniture, bright colours. The basement bar/breakfast room has ‘a series of arched stone vaults, delightfully lit and furnished’, and in summer, the good breakfast (continental or buffet) and drinks are served in the small, pretty garden. Half the bedrooms overlook the garden. Rooms vary in size: ‘Ours was relatively small, but well appointed,’ say visitors. The tiny cobbled forecourt has shrubs and trelliswork.
