Good Hotel Guide Review
Between woodlands and vineyards on a Burgundy hillside, this holiday hotel stands on a minor road, below an old Neolithic settlement. Its leisure facilities include a ‘first-class outdoor swimming pool, well away from the main buildings’, and an indoor pool. Not all rooms have views: annexe ones are larger and more modern than those in the main building; some have a balcony. One dissenting report came, but all others are positive: ‘A very pleasant place at a good price.’ ‘The food was excellent’, ‘First-class buffet breakfast.’ ‘Our third stay. We are still very happy with all that it offers.’ At weekends, and during school holidays, the hotel is ‘crowded with families’; at other times it is ‘very quiet’. ‘The atmosphere is relaxed, and our dog was welcomed everywhere, except by the pools.’
