Good Hotel Guide Review
This ‘agreeable’ large luxury hotel is located near the Royal Palace and European Parliament, but is quiet. A visitor reported, ‘The hotel has an elegant hall and sitting areas, and there are windows to a lovely inner courtyard with a fountain.’ Rooms vary in size. ‘My sensibly sized room had a comfortable bed, good lighting and a great bathroom.’ The hotel’s restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, but weekdays only, and serves French cuisine and Mediterranean flavours. Chef Laurent Gauze specilaises in “healthy sustainable gastronomy”. Breakfast is a generous buffet, served in the courtyard when the weather permits. The hotel recycles as much as possible. Good weekend rates are often available as the hotel is popular with business travellers.
