Good Hotel Guide Review
On the north Norfolk coast, Thornham’s saltmarshes and unspoiled beaches are a paradise for birdwatchers and walkers. Every bit as blissful is this chic bolthole with a garden hot tub near the town’s artisan shops and restaurants. Named after a previous resident and owned by Pip and Jonathan Barber (see also Magazine Wood, Sedgeford), the house retains the feel of a private home. Smartly styled bedrooms, some cosy, might have extra space for seating or a bathroom with a deep bathtub; each has access to a terrace. Guests help themselves to complimentary coffee or a drink from the honesty bar in the foyer; a discount is offered at the deli over the road or other eateries, where breakfast is taken.
