In sumptuous gardens high above the sea, this small luxury hotel has superb views across the Gulf of Valinco. All bedrooms are soundproofed and have a sea-facing balcony or terrace; suites and an apartment (with private sauna) are in the park. Each room is equipped with a coffee machine, safe, yoga mat. Games for children are available. “Breakfast in the garden, looking across the bay, was delightful”, says a visitor. Lunch and dinner (“gourmet food, good Corsican wines”) are served by the well-sized swimming pool (surrounded by loungers and parasols), which is floodlit at night. “The climb to it is steep (no lift).” Public rooms are spacious and elegant. An “excellent” sandy beach lies below the hotel. So is the coast road, where traffic is noisy, “but if you close the windows, the air-conditioning is efficient”.
