A log fire still burns at this Cotswold village real-ale pub, which was rebuilt, refurbished and reinvented as a gastronomic destination by Tony and Amanda Timmer. Chef Kuba Winkowski uses local produce in seasonal dishes that read like a foodie’s shopping list: scallop, pig belly, carrot, miso; sea bass, passion fruit, aji chilli, pisco.
